| A tutor guided practical course researching the history of Upper Deal, suitable for all levels of experience. We aim to do research in the field, at archive centres and on the internet on topics that the students are interested in. There is a prelimanry list to pick from. | Learn to sing Solo under expert tuition. For singers and those who would like to sing. We practice vocal technique, interpretation and performance including vocal exercises, breath control. Songs of students' choice - plus those suggested by the tutor.
Course members keep winning local singing competitions in Thanet and Canterbury year after year! The class has been running in Dover since 1992, first with Sylvia Stewart and now Bruce Lochtie.
